Privacy notes for private beta workspaces

The beta may process account profile details, workspace membership, invitations, tasks, comments, attachments metadata, forms, notifications, audit events, and operational logs needed to run the service.

Workspace data is used to provide task management, collaboration, search, notifications, access controls, billing readiness, support, backup verification, and product reliability improvements.

Client runtime errors, ops events, cron heartbeat checks, readiness reports, and audit log entries may be recorded to diagnose incidents and prepare for private beta launch.

Workspace content is shared only according to roles, memberships, explicit location permissions, public form links, and beta support needs. Third-party provider terms should be reviewed before enabling production email, storage, billing, or error-tracking providers.

Archive, trash, backup, notification, and audit retention windows should be finalized before production. Beta workspace owners can request deletion or export through the private beta support channel.
